Responsibilities
This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations for an extensively renovated, award winning, resort-style lease up property located in southern Louisville.  Duties include developing and maintaining budgets to achieve financial goals; establishing and maintaining rapport with residents to encourage retention; marketing and customer service; supervising leasing and maintenance staff and managing vendor contracts.
 
Requirements
Successful candidates for this position will possess a minimum of 3 years Property Management experience,   preferably in a lease up property. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are required. Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills are essential.  We are also looking for someone to provide leadership and development skills for the leasing and maintenance staff. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – LOUISVILLE & LEXINGTON

Responsibilities
Louisville - This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and cleanliness of extensively renovated, award winning property in southern Louisville.  Duties include service and repair of residential apartment AC/Heating units, minor plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and swimming pool maintenance. On-call duties required.
 
Lexington - This position is responsible for the service and repair of AC/Heating units of residential rental homes and up to three apartment communities in Lexington.  Duties may also include minor plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and swimming pool maintenance as needed. Rotating on-call duties required. Vehicle provided.
 
Requirements
Successful candidates for this position will possess HVAC certification and a minimum of 3 years   experience,   preferably in an apartment community. Strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills are required.  The right candidates will be self-sufficient, reliable and enjoy interacting with our fantastic residents.
