The Anderson Community Family takes great pleasure in Hidden Haven conservation area, a 450 acre tract in the heart of the Bluegrass.

This slice of heaven features a wildlife habitat improvement plan that involves the planting of native grasses and wildflowers that provide both food and shelter to a diverse population; water quality and conservation programs; and a continuing forest improvement plan.

We carry our efforts into our developments, too. Townley Park and McConnell's Trace will be connected via Town Branch Trail. In fact, Dennis Anderson and the HBA of Lexington were recently commended by First Lady, Jane Beshear, for their continued support of the ENERGY STAR program. A program which, as she stated, "helps consumers save energy and money every day."
