LOUISVILLE, KY – The Home Builders Association of Kentucky (HBAK), recognized Anderson Communities’ Townley Park development with the “Innovative Development of the Year” Award at the Eleventh Annual Kentucky Design and Remodeling Awards.

Under the category of “New Home Design,” Anderson Communities was recognized for Townley Park’s successful use of “new and innovative design techniques,” and the development’s overall “functionality, creativity and innovative design.”

Recently, Anderson Communities also received the Home Builders Association of Lexington’s
Outstanding Subdivision Project Award for Excellence in Subdivision Construction.

“This is quite an honor for everyone at Anderson Communities,” owner and founder Dennis Anderson said. “We’ve always been proud of our quality construction, outstanding design and developing terrific communities. It’s great when a statewide organization like the Home Builders Association of Kentucky recognizes your achievements.”

“Townley Park was created with attention to detail,” Mr. Anderson said. “The Craftsman-inspired homes have front and back covered porches, privacy fenced courtyards and other great amenities.”

“Townley Park was designed as an affordable, carefree community; close to shopping, dining and activities,” Mr. Anderson explained. “This is a great lifestyle community where homeowners become neighbors and neighbors become friends.”

HBAK’s Kentucky Design and Remodeling Awards is an annual awards program designed to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of state and local homebuilder associations and their members.
